walking, dogs and cars...
I have been trying to get a video clip off the camera of Matt walking since he started taking steps last month. I finally got one today. He has been walking really well this week and today took off almost running ;) Toward the end of the clip I kinda lost control of the camera because Zac wanted to get ahold of it. xoxo

Extreme Birthdays
July is the birthday month for me and my friends. Every single weekend there is atleast one birthday party to attend. This weekend was my friend Andrea's daughter Josie's 4th birthday. They had her party at Incredible Pizza, a Chuck-e-Cheese like place with go-karts and bowling. It was alot of fun, but I think my kids are a wee-bit young for it. Zac was over-stimulated from the second we walked in. The pizza was good and I think everyone had a great time, but we skee-daddled right after a couple kiddie rides, we were approaching rapid melt-down, and that wasnt just the kids either. If I hadnt gotten Chris out of there when I did I think he was going to have a temper-tantrum!
Anyway, here are the few pictures that we did get.

the difference a year makes...
I babysit for a friend of mine on Thursdays. Jake is 3. So that means I have a 1year old, a 2year old, and a 3year old. It is so much fun and quite exhausting. Today I brought him to our house so that meant fitting 3 car seats in my car. The plus side to having a huge grandma car is that it is possible to fit 3 car seats in my car ;) I had to take lots of pictures of today because I found it just amazing. These three boys kept me in stitches laughing and on my toes with constant surprises.

the second half of the day
So, the second half of the day we played indoors. The kiddos were so good, they are really starting to play well together. I love listening to them make each other laugh! We did some coloring and watching a bit of t.v. It was a great weekend!

Here are the boys hiding under the breakfast bar. Very cute, but I had to break this one up before the t.v. stands fell on them.

Here is Zac watching daddy work in the back yard.
Snack Time!
And here is Zac's new prized toy, I was so shocked he let Matt on

A Day in the Sun
Today was a great day, we played outside the first half and inside the second half. Chris is working on a project in the backyard (Im sure you will be hearing more about that) so the boys really enjoyed "helping" and watching daddy. Chris had to unload a bunch of wood from the Jeep and walk it into the back yard. It was so cute watching Zac follow him back and fourth. Matt and I enjoyed watching them do all the work :)

Getting Started
Hi Everyone! I always bombard people with pictures of the boys and still feel like I have so much more to share ;) But I don't want to be one of "those moms" so I figured that a blog is the best way to go. I know several people who do this for their kids and figured I had better jump on the band wagon. So, for those that like to keep up, you can, and for those that just want to catch up every now and again this is better than me filling your inbox full of pictures :)
Now that I will be staying at home during the week with the kids Im sure there will be lots of stories and pictures. xoxo
